Typographical Errors
In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Rolling Gait Equine LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Rolling Gait Equine LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Rolling Gait Equine LLC shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

 

Refunds and exchanges are available within 30 days of product purchase by submitting a request to sales@equinecorral.com.  You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Equine Corral or Farrier Corral within 30 days for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

 

Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Rolling Gait Equine LLC without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
